摘　　要：目的探讨柴胡桂枝干姜汤加减治疗化疗相关性腹泻(CID)的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2015年1月至2024年5月泉州市第一医院收治的66例CID患者的临床资料,根据不同治疗方法分为对照组(33例)和观察组(33例)。对照组采用常规西医治疗的方法,观察组在此基础上使用柴胡桂枝干姜汤加减治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、中医证候积分、炎症因子、不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的腹胀、腹泻、纳差、恶心呕吐、肛门灼热疼痛积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-17水平低于对照组,IL-4、IL-10水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论柴胡桂枝干姜汤加减治疗CID的临床效果显著,能调节免疫炎症水平,有效缓解证候。Objective To explore the effect of Modified Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction on chemotherapy induced diarrhea(CID).Methods The clinical data of 66 patients with CID admitted to Quanzhou First Hospital from January 2015 to May 2024 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group(33 cases)and observation group(33 cases).The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Modified Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction on this basis.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome integral,inflammatory factors,untoward effect were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of abdominal distension,diarrhea,poor appetite,nausea and vomiting and anal burning pain in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin(IL)-6 and IL-17 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of IL-4 and IL-10 were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Modified Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction is effective in treating CID,which can regulate the level of immune inflammation and relieve the syndrome effectively.
