基于科技量值评价体系的高等医学院校与附属医院融合发展分析

摘  要:目的基于中国医学院校科技量值和中国医院科技量值两大榜单,分析并探讨科技创新校院融合现状,为加强科技创新校院融合共谋发展提供对策。方法选取2018—2022年连续5年医院科技量值入围前100名和医学院校科技量值榜入围前110名作为研究对象,将医院与其隶属的医学院校进行匹配。匹配完成后,比较医学院校和医院两大科技量值榜单中的科技产出、学术影响、科技条件3个一级指标的相关性。结果顶级医院和医学院校长期占据榜单前列,全国分布不均衡,整体向华东(37家)和华北(29家)倾斜;“科技产出”和“学术影响”两个一级指标,第一方阵(其中“科技产出”80%,“学术影响”64%)的医院与医学院校呈中等及以上具有强相关性(r>0.6,P<0.05),第二与第三方阵(其中“科技产出”53%,“学术影响”51%)的医院和医学院校相关性逐渐递减(r>0.2,P<0.05),第四方阵(其中“科技产出”89%,“学术影响”78%)的医院和医学院校无相关性;“科技条件”一级指标84%的医院和医学院校具有相关性(r>0.2,P<0.05)。结论医院和医学院校科技创新水平的发展紧密相关,通过发挥科技量值评价体系的导向作用以及加强学科建设、科研平台建设、人才建设途径,有助于提升校院融合的科技创新水平。Objective To analyze and discuss the current situation of the integration of colleges and hospitals in science and technology innovation based on the two lists of science and technology evaluation metrics of Chinese medical colleges and hospitals,so as to provide countermeasures for strengthening the integration of colleges and hospitals in science and technology innovation and seeking common development.Methods The top 100 hospitals and the top 110 medical colleges in the list of science and technology evaluation metrics for five consecutive years from 2018 to 2022 were selected as research objects,and the hospitals were matched with their affiliated medical colleges.After matching,the correlation of first-level indicators of science and technology output,academic impact and science and technology condition in the two science and technology evaluation metrics lists of medical colleges and hospitals were compared.Results The top hospitals and medical colleges occupied the top of the list for a long time,and the distribution was unbalanced in the whole country,and the overall tilt to east China(37)and north China(29).Two first-level indicators of"science and technology output"and"academic impact",the first square matrix(among which"science and technology output"80%,"academic impact"64%)of hospitals and medical colleges showed moderate or above correlation(r>0.6,P<0.05),the correlation between hospitals and medical colleges of the second and third square matrix(among which"scientific and technological output"53%,"academic impact"51%)was gradually decreased(r>0.2,P<0.05),and the fourth square matrix(among which"scientific and technological output"89%,"academic impact"78%)had no correlation between hospitals and medical schools,84%of hospitals and medical colleges was correlated with the first-level index of"science and technology condition"(r>0.2,P<0.05).Conclusion The development of scientific and technological innovation level of hospitals and medical colleges is closely related.It is helpful to improve the level
