济南市章丘区2018—2023年其他感染性腹泻病流行病学特征分析

摘　　要：目的对2018—2023年济南市章丘区其他感染性腹泻病流行病学特征情况进行统计。方法对中国疾病预防控制信息系统中报告的2018—2023年济南市章丘区其他感染性腹泻病例资料进行描述性流行病学分析。结果2018年共有1889例其他感染性腹泻发病患者,2019年共1998例,2020年共2253例,2021年共2233例,2022年共2052例,2023年1847例。2018、2019、2020、2021、2022、2023年,第一、二、三、四季度不同年龄段发病率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论2018—2023年济南市章丘区其他感染性腹泻发病患者年龄多集中于40岁以内者,年龄越小发病率越高,临床中对于该类患者要及时进行检测防控,以免造成不良的公共卫生事件。Objective The epidemiological characteristics of other infectious diarrhea diseases in Zhangqiu District of Jinan City from 2018 to 2023 were analyzed.Methods Descriptive epidemiological analysis was performed on the data of other infectious diarrhea cases in Zhangqiu District of Jinan City from 2018 to 2023 reported in China Disease Prevention and Control Information System.Results There were 1889 cases of other infectious diarrhea in 2018,1998 in 2019,2253 in 2020,2233 in 2021,2052 in 2022,and 1847 in 2023.In 2018,2019,2020,2021,2022,2023,the incidences of different age groups in the first,second,third and fourth quarters were compared,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion From 2018 to 2023,most of the patients with other infectious diarrhea in Zhangqiu District of Jinan City were less than 40 years old,and the younger the age,the higher the incidence rate.Clinical detection and prevention should be carried out for such patients to avoid adverse public health events.
