摘　　要：目的探讨密切医护合作在白内障手术护理安全管理中的效果。方法选取2023年1月至2024年1月牡丹江医科大学附属红旗医院收治的200例白内障手术患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组(100例)与对照组(100例)。观察组采用密切医护合作干预方法,对照组患者采用常规护理安全管理方法。比较两组患者的护理满意度、抑郁与焦虑评分、安全事件发生率。结果观察组干预后的护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后的抑郁、焦虑评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后的安全事件总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在观察组的安全管理过程中,给予白内障手术患者密切医护合作干预,其实施后的效果相对较好,可以提升患者的满意度,减少眼科手术室内安全事件的发生,缓解患者自身的负性情绪,值得被临床应用推广。Objective To investigate the effect of close doctor-nurse cooperation in cataract surgery nursing safety management.Methods A total of 200 patients with cataract surgery admitted to Hongqi Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical University from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the observation group(100 cases)and the control group(100 cases).Patients in the observation group received close doctor-nurse cooperation intervention,while patients in the control group received routine nursing safety management.The nursing satisfaction,depression and anxiety scores,and the incidence of safety events were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group after intervention was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of depression and anxiety in the observation group after intervention were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of safety events in the observation group after intervention was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the safety management process of the observation group,close doctor-nurse cooperation intervention for cataract surgery patients has a relatively good effect after implementation,which can improve the satisfaction of patients,reduce the occurrence of safety events in the ophthalmic operating room,and alleviate the negative emotions of patients themselves,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
