摘　　要：目的探讨耳穴压豆在男性留置导尿患者麻醉苏醒期躁动中的应用价值。方法选取2022年7月至12月赣南医科大学第一附属医院收治的80例行全身麻醉手术且留置导尿管的男性患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组予以常规护理干预,观察组加用耳穴压豆干预,持续7 d。比较两组镇痛评分、镇静评分、舒适度、睡眠质量及苏醒期躁动发生率。结果术后6、12、24 h,观察组的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组,Ramsay镇静评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后7 d时简化舒适状况量表(GCQ)评分高于对照组,匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分低于对照组,苏醒期躁动发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳穴压豆在男性留置导尿患者中应用价值高,可增强镇痛、镇静效果,减少苏醒期躁动发生,以改善患者舒适度,避免影响睡眠。Objective To investigate the application value of auricular point pressure bean in the agitation during anesthesia recovery in male patients with indwelling catheterization.Methods A total of 80 male patients undergoing general anesthesia with indignant catheter admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University from July to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with ear point compression of bean for 7 d.The analgesic score,sedation score,comfort level,sleep quality and the incidence of restlessness in wake period were compared between the two groups.Results At 6,12,24 h after operation,visual analogue scale(VAS)score of observation group were lower than those of control group,Ramsay sedation score were higher than those of control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).General comfort questionnaire(GCQ)score in observation group was higher than that in control group,Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score was lower than that in control group 7 days after surgery,and the incidence of agitation during recovery was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application value of auricular point pressure bean in male patients with indwelling catheterization is high,which can enhance analgesia and sedation,reduce agitation during the wake period,improve the comfort of patients and avoid affecting sleep.
