摘　　要：目的探讨阶段性康复护理干预在脑出血患者中的应用效果。方法选取2022年3月至2024年2月福建省福清市医院收治的189例脑出血患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(94例)与研究组(95例),对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用阶段性康复护理。比较两组患者护理满意度、神经功能、肢体活动功能、自理能力及生活质量。结果研究组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理后美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分低于对照组,肢体运动功能量表(FMA)上肢、下肢及总分高于对照组,日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理后生活质量(SF-36)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑出血患者对阶段性康复护理干预满意度高,可促进患者神经功能改善,提高肢体活动功能、自理能力及生活质量。Objective To explore the application effect of phased rehabilitation nursing intervention in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 189 patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to Fuqing Hospital from March 2022 to February 2024 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group(94 cases)and study group(95 cases)according to random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group received phased rehabilitation nursing.Nursing satisfaction,neurological function,limb function,self-care ability and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the score of National Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the scores of upper limb,lower limb and total score of Fugel-Meyer(FMA)were higher than those in the control group,and the score of activities of daily living(ADL)was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).The score of the MOS item short form health survey(SF-36)in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with cerebral hemorrhage have high satisfaction with phased rehabilitation nursing intervention,which can promote the improvement of neurological function,limb function,self-care ability and quality of life.
