摘　　要：市民社会理论在黑格尔哲学体系中占据了重要的地位,他不仅将市民社会的概念从政治国家中剥离出来,而且更经由其把握住了现代社会根本的难题。而马克思对理论与现实进行思考所形成的关于市民社会的研究成果,与黑格尔有着密切的关联。通过对黑格尔市民社会理论的继承、批判与超越,他探索到了市民社会批判的道路,并对市民社会展开了更为深入的揭示与解读,形成了其资本主义批判理论。对这一问题进行深入研究,有利于完整把握马克思对资本主义社会的批判性分析以及对未来社会的筹划。The theory of civil society occupies an important theoretical position in Hegel's philosophical system.He not only separated the concept of civil society from the political state,but also targeted at the fundamental structural problems of modern society.Marx′s reflections on theory and reality as demonstrated in his theory of civil society are closely related to Hegel.By inheriting,criticizing and surpassing Hegel′s theory of civil society,he explored the path of civil society criticism and conducted a more in-depth interpretation of civil society,forming his own capitalist critical theory.Conducting in-depth research on this topic is beneficial for fully understanding Marx's critical analysis of capitalist society and planning for future society.
