摘　　要：中国共产党人精神谱系是我们党在筚路蓝缕、手胼足胝的实践中孕育出的精神丰碑,是对广大党员干部进行党性教育的思想养料。将中国共产党人精神谱系融入党员干部党性教育是培养造就执政骨干队伍、增强教育实效、提振中国共产党人精气神的时代需要。在理论建构中,应以中国共产党人精神谱系的生成机理融入党员干部初心使命的涵育为前提、以中国共产党人精神谱系的核心理念融入党员干部人格力量的锻造为要义、以中国共产党人精神谱系的价值追求融入党员干部担当作为的锤炼为归宿。就实践进路而言,应从做好融入的顶层设计工作着手,从瞄准理论与实践统一的方向、突出从严教育党员干部理念、提升中国共产党人精神谱系传播效果三个层面持续发力。The spiritual pedigree of Chinese Communists is a spiritual monument that our party has nurtured in the practice of trekking and touching,and is the ideological nourishment for the party spirit education of party members and cadres.To integrate the spiritual pedigree of Chinese Communists into the party spirit education of party members and cadres is the need of the times to cultivate the ruling backbone team,enhance the effectiveness of education and invigorate the spirit of Chinese Communists.In the theoretical construction of integration,the formation mechanism of the spiritual pedigree of Chinese Communists should be integrated into the cultivation of the original mission of party members and cadres,the core idea of the spiritual pedigree of Chinese Communists should be integrated into the forging of the personality strength of party members and cadres,and the value pursuit of the spiritual pedigree of Chinese Communists should be integrated into the tempering of the role of party members and cadres.As far as the practice approach is concerned,we should start with the top-level design work of integration,and continue to make efforts from three levels:aiming at the direction of unification of theory and practice,highlighting the concept of strict education of party members and cadres,and enhancing effect of the spiritual pedigree of Chinese Communists lineage transmission.
