摘  要:老年脑小血管病患者因步态障碍等原因成为跌倒高风险人群,严重影响患者的生活质量。文章对老年脑小血管病患者的步态特征、步态评估、预防跌倒等干预措施进行综述,在此基础上从标准化及普及化、规范化、精准化、网络化角度提出基于老年脑小血管病步态特征预防跌倒的建议,为临床护理工作及研究领域提供有益的参考依据,从而降低老年脑小血管病患者跌倒风险,提高生活质量。Elderly patients with cerebral small vessel disease are at high risk of falling due to gait disorders and other reasons,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.The article reviews the gait characteristics,gait evaluation and fall prevention interventions in the elderly patients with cerebral small vessel disease.On the basis,it proposes suggestions for fall prevention based on the gait characteristics of elderly patients with cerebral small vessel disease from the perspectives of standardization,popularization,normalization,precision and networking,providing a useful reference for clinical nursing work and research fields,so as to reduce the risk of falls in elderly patients with cerebral small vessel disease and improving their quality of life.
