摘　　要：目的检索、评价、汇总新生儿肠造口护理管理的最佳证据。方法遵守循证资源6S模型自上而下的原则检索国内、外数据库中关于肠造口护理、管理、教育的相关证据。由两名研究人员独立进行文献质量评价、证据提取和汇总、评定证据推荐级别。结果纳入10篇文献,包括1篇临床决策、3篇指南、5篇专家共识、1篇证据总结。最终提取了团队培训、造口评估、造口护理注意事项、常见并发症处理、照顾者教育及随访5个维度,共18条证据。结论该研究针对新生儿肠造口护理管理进行证据总结,可为临床新生儿造口护士、新生儿外科护士开展新生儿肠造口护理管理提供循证依据。Objective To search,evaluate,and summarize the best evidence of nursing management of neonatal enterostomy care.Methods According to the top-down principle of the 6S model of evidence-based resources,relevant evidence on stoma care,management,and education was retrieved from Chinese and foreign databases.Two researchers independently conducted literature quality evaluation,evidence extraction and summarization,and evaluated the level of evidence recommendation.Results A total of 10 articles were included,including 1 clinical decision,3 guidelines,5 expert consensus,and 1 evidence summary.Finally,18 pieces of evidence were extracted from five dimensions,including team training,stoma assessment,stoma care precautions,common complications management,caregiver education and follow-up.Conclusion The study summarizes the evidence for the nursing management of neonatal enterostomy,which can provide evidence-based basis for clinical neonatal enterostomy nurses and neonatal surgical nurses to manage neonatal enterostomy.
