摘 要:目的分析心血管专科护士工作沉浸的潜在类别及其影响因素。方法采用一般资料调查表、工作沉浸量表、感知压力量表和工作条件效能量表对10所医院的254名心血管专科护士进行调查,采用潜在剖面分析法和无序多分类Logistic回归分析心血管专科护士工作沉浸潜在类别特征及影响因素。结果心血管专科护士工作沉浸的潜在类别分为3种:低工作沉浸型(16.54%)、中工作沉浸型(45.67%)和高工作沉浸型(37.80%)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,工作年限、感知压力与工作条件效能是心血管专科护士工作沉浸的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论心血管专科护士工作沉浸分3个潜在类别,护理管理者应根据不同的影响因素,建立多元化的干预体系,提升其工作沉浸水平。Objective To explore the potential categories and influencing factors of work immersion of cardiovascular specialist nurses.Methods A total of 254 cardiovascular specialist nurses from ten hospitals were investigated by general information questionnaire,Work-related Flow Inventory,Perceived Stress Scale and Conditions for Work Effectiveness Questionnaire.Unordered multicategory Logistic regression analysis and latent prolile analysis were used to explore the characteristics of potential categories and the influencing factors.Results The potential categories of cardiovascular specialist nurses work immersion were divided into 3 categories,low work immersed(16.54%),medium work immersed(45.67%)and high work immersed(37.80%).Logistic regression showed that working years,perceived pressure and work condition efficacy were the influencing factors(all P<0.05).Conclusion The work immersion of cardiovascular specialist nurses can be divided into three poiential categores.Nursing managers should establish a diversified intervention system based on different influencing factors to enhance their work immersion.
