喉罩麻醉与气管插管麻醉在小儿疝气手术中的应用效果比较

摘　　要：目的比较小儿疝气手术中进行喉罩麻醉与气管插管麻醉的应用价值。方法队列研究。抽取2019年2月至2023年12月安康市人民医院收治的76例行疝气手术的患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将入选患儿分为对照组与观察组,每组38例。对照组采用气管插管麻醉,观察组采用喉罩麻醉。比较两组麻醉效果、血流动力学指标及并发症情况。结果观察组定向恢复时间、睁眼时间均短于对照组(P均<0.05)。入室时,两组患儿血流动力学指标比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);在后续时间点,两组平均动脉压与心率均高于前一时间点,血氧饱和度均低于前一时间点(P均<0.05),其中观察组平均动脉压与心率低于对照组,血氧饱和度高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率(5.26%,2/38)低于对照组(21.05%,8/38),P<0.05。结论在小儿疝气手术中应用喉罩麻醉,可缩短患儿定向恢复时间与睁眼时间,改善血流动力学指标,减少并发症。ObjectiveTo compare the application value of laryngeal mask anesthesia and tracheal intubation anesthesia in pediatric hernia surgery.MethodsA total of 76 children who underwent hernia surgery in Ankang People’s Hospital from February 2019 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects for the cohort study,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was given tracheal intubation anesthesia,and the observation group was given laryngeal mask anesthesia.The anesthetic effect,hemodynamic indexes and complications were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe directional recovery and eye opening time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(all P<0.05).When entering the room,there was no significant difference in hemodynamic indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).At the follow-up time point,the mean arterial pressure and heart rate of the two groups were higher than those at the previous time point,and the blood oxygen saturation was lower than that at the previous time point(all P<0.05).The mean arterial pressure and heart rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the blood oxygen saturation was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group(5.26%,2/38)was lower than that in the control group(21.05%,8/38),P<0.05.ConclusionsThe application of laryngeal mask anesthesia in pediatric hernia surgery can shorten the directional recovery time and eye opening time,improve hemodynamic indexes and reduce complications.
