银屑胶囊联合糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗寻常型银屑病的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨银屑胶囊联合糠酸莫米松乳膏对寻常型银屑病的治疗价值。方法队列研究。抽取2021年3月至2023年9月武警河南省总队医院收治的寻常型银屑病患者148例,采用信封法分为研究组和对照组,每组74例。研究组应用银屑胶囊联合糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗,对照组应用糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗。比较两组疗效、不同时间血管球直径、安全性、随访情况等指标。结果研究组总有效率(95.95%,71/74)高于对照组(85.14%,63/74),P<0.05。治疗前,两组血管球直径(皮损处)测量值比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组血管球直径(皮损处)测量值均小于治疗前,且研究组血管球直径(皮损处)测量值小于对照组(P<0.05)。两组各项药物相关不良反应发生率比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组疾病复发率(9.86%,7/71)低于对照组(25.40%,16/63),P<0.05。结论糠酸莫米松乳膏联合银屑胶囊治疗寻常型银屑病的效果显著且安全性优。ObjectiveTo investigate the therapeutic effect of Yinxie capsules combined with mometasone furoate cream on psoriasis vulgaris.MethodsA total of 148 patients with psoriasis vulgaris admitted to Armed Police Force Hospital of Henan Province from March 2021 to September 2023 were selected for the cohort study.And they were divided into the study group and the control group by envelope method,with 74 cases in each group.The study group was treated with Yinxie capsules combined with mometasone furoate cream,while the control group was treated with mometasone furoate cream.The therapeutic effects,blood vessel ball diameter at different times,safety,and follow-up status of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe total effective rate of the study group(95.95%,71/74)was higher than that of the control group(85.14%,63/74),P<0.05.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the diameter of blood vessel ball in the skin lesion between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the diameters of blood vessel ball in the skin lesion in the two groups decreased compared with those before treatment,and the diameter of blood vessel ball(lesion)in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of drug-related adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The disease recurrence rate in the study group(9.86%,7/71)was lower than that in the control group(25.40%,16/63),P<0.05.ConclusionsThe combination of mometasone furoate cream and Yinxie capsules has a significant effect and superior safety in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.
