超减张缝合联合放射治疗对瘢痕疙瘩的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨瘢痕疙瘩应用超减张缝合联合放射治疗的临床疗效。方法队列研究。抽取西安医学院第二附属医院2020年9月至2023年9月收治的78例瘢痕疙瘩患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组39例。对照组采用传统缝合联合放射治疗,观察组应用超减张缝合联合放射治疗。观察两组患者治疗效果、瘢痕情况、心理状况、生活质量以及治疗满意度。结果观察组治疗总有效率(94.87%,37/39)高于对照组(79.49%,31/39),P<0.05。治疗后,观察组瘢痕情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组心理状况、生活质量比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组心理状况、生活质量均优于对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组治疗满意度(92.31%,36/39)高于对照组(74.36%,29/39),P<0.05。结论瘢痕疙瘩患者应用超减张缝合联合放射治疗具有较好的临床效果,患者瘢痕恢复较好,负面情绪减少,生活质量提高,满意度高。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of ultra-reduced tension suture combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of keloids.Methods A total of 78 patients with keloid admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Medical University from September 2020 to September 2023 were selected as the research objects for the cohort study,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated by traditional suture combined with radiotherapy,and the observation group was treated by ultra-reduced tension suture combined with radiotherapy.The treatment effect,scar condition,psychological status,quality of life and treatment satisfaction of the two groups were observed.ResultsThe total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(94.87%,37/39)was higher than that in the control group(79.49%,31/39),P<0.05.The scar condition of the observation group was better than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in psychological status and quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the psychological status and quality of life of the observation group were better than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction of the observation group(92.31%,36/39)was higher than that of the control group(74.36%,29/39),P<0.05.Conclusions The application of ultra-reduced tension suture combined with radiotherapy on patients with keloids has a good clinical effect,which can promote scar recovery better,reduce negative emotions,improve quality of life,and increase satisfaction.
