摘　　要：目的探讨封闭引流(VSD)技术对糖尿病足(DF)截肢术后切口愈合以及创面组织液炎症因子水平的影响。方法队列研究。抽取2022年2月至2024年2月郑州大学第一附属医院收治的31例行DF截肢手术治疗的患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(18例)和观察组(13例)。两组患者行DF截肢手术后,观察组采用VSD技术,对照组采用纱布包扎。比较两组切口愈合情况、创面组织液炎症因子水平、术后并发症发生情况。结果术后1周,观察组切口愈合率[(78.82±5.85)%]高于对照组[(62.37±6.74)%],切口愈合时间[(13.69±1.25)d]短于对照组[(16.38±1.97)d],P<0.05。术后7 d,观察组中性粒细胞百分比、白细胞、C反应蛋白水平均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。术后,观察组出现并发症1例,少于对照组的7例(P<0.05)。结论VSD技术可促进DF截肢术后切口愈合,降低创面组织液炎症因子水平,减少并发症。Objective To investigate the effect of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)on wound healing and levels of inflammatory factors in wound tissue fluid after amputation of diabetic foot(DF).Methods A total of 31 patients who underwent DF amputation in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from February 2022 to February 2024 were selected for the cohort study.And they were divided into the control group(18 cases)and the observation group(13 cases)using a random number table method.After the amputation surgery,the observation group was treated by VSD,while the control group was treated by gauze dressing.The wound healing status,levels of inflammatory factors in wound tissue fluid,and incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe wound healing rate of the observation group was(78.82±5.85)%,higher than the(62.37±6.74)%of the control group 1 week after surgery(P<0.05);while the wound healing time of the observation group was(13.69±1.25)days,shorter than the(16.38±1.97)days of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of neutrophil percentage,white blood cell count and C-reactive protein in the observation group were lower than those in the control group 7 days after surgery(all P<0.05).After surgery,1 case of the observation group had complication,less than the control group(7 cases),P<0.05.Conclusions VSD can promote wound healing after DF amputation surgery,reduce the levels of inflammatory factors in wound tissue fluid,and reduce complications.
