囊肿刮除术与开窗减压术治疗颌骨囊肿的效果比较

摘　　要：目的比较囊肿刮除术与开窗减压术治疗颌骨囊肿的临床效果。方法队列研究。抽取2023年1月至2023年8月西电集团医院收治的70例颌骨囊肿患者作为研究对象,按照信封法将其分为研究组和对照组,每组35例。研究组行开窗减压术,对照组予以刮除术。比较两组手术指标(术中操作时间、术中失血量)、术后恢复情况(术后6个月囊腔缩小率、骨密度水平、骨质增生厚度)、术后并发症发生情况及疾病复发情况。结果研究组术中操作时间、术中失血量均少于对照组(P均<0.05)。研究组术后并发症发生率(5.71%,2/35)低于对照组(25.71%,9/35),P<0.05。术后6个月,研究组囊腔缩小率、骨密度水平、骨质增生厚度均高于对照组(P均<0.05)。术后6个月,研究组疾病复发率(0,0/35)低于对照组(11.43%,4/35),P<0.05。结论与囊肿刮除术比较开窗减压术治疗颌骨囊肿的有效性、安全性均优于刮除术,有利于患者获得理想预后。Objective To compare the clinical effect of curettage and fenestration decompression in the treatment of jaw cysts.Methods Seventy patients with jaw cysts admitted to Xidian Group Hospital from January 2023 to August 2023 were selected as the research subjects of the cohort study.They were divided into a study group and a control group according to the envelope method,with 35 cases in each group.Patients in the study group underwent fenestration decompression surgery,while patients in the control group underwent curettage surgery.The surgical conditions(intraoperative operation time,intraoperative blood loss),postoperative recovery(6-month postoperative cyst reduction rate,bone density level,and bone hyperplasia thickness),incidence of postoperative complications,and disease recurrence were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe intraoperative operation time and intraoperative blood loss in the study group were less than those in the control group(both P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group(5.71%,2/35)was lower than that in the control group(25.71%,9/35),P<0.05.Six months after surgery,the cyst reduction rate,bone density level,and bone hyperplasia thickness in the study group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Six months after surgery,the disease recurrence rate in the study group(0,0/35)was lower than that in the control group(11.43%,4/35),P<0.05.Conclusions Compared with curettage,fenestration decompression in the treatment of jaw cysts is more effective and safe,which is conductive to ensuring ideal prognosis.
