摘　　要：目的探讨鼠神经生长因子(mNGF)联合注射用甲泼尼龙治疗急性脊髓损伤(ASCI)的效果。方法队列研究。抽取2020年1月至2023年12月于西安国际医学中心医院就诊的60例ASCI患者,按信封法分为对照组与研究组,每组30例。对照组在常规治疗基础上加用甲泼尼龙治疗,研究组在对照组治疗方案基础上加用mNGF治疗。比较两组神经功能[采用美国脊椎损伤协会(ASIA)评价系统,内容包括感觉功能(针刺、触觉)、运动功能(肌力)等]、日常生活活动能力[日常生活活动能力评分量表(ADL)评分]变化情况及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前,两组ASIA评价系统中针刺、触觉、运动等评分情况比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗2个月后,两组ASIA评价系统中针刺、触觉、运动等评分均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组ADL评分比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗2个月后,两组ADL评分均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间两组各项不良反应发生率比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论mNGF联合甲泼尼龙治疗ASCI效果显著且安全性高,有利于提高患者神经功能及日常生活活动能力。Objective To investigate the effect of mouse nerve growth factor(mNGF)combined with methylprednisolone for injection in the treatment of acute spinal cord injury(ASCI).Methods Sixty patients with ASCI who were admitted to Xi’an International Medical Center Hospital from January 2020 to December 2023 were selected for the cohort study,and they were divided into the control group and the study group by envelope method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with methylprednisolone on the basis of routine treatment,and the study group was treated with mNGF based on the treatment of the control group.The neurological function evaluated by the American Spinal Injury Association(ASIA)evaluation system,including sensory function(acupuncture,touch)and motor function(muscle strength),activities of daily living assessed by activity of daily living(ADL)scale score,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.ResultsBefore treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of acupuncture,touch and motor of the ASIA evaluation system between the two groups(P>0.05).After 2 months of treatment,the scores of acupuncture,touch and motor of the ASIA evaluation system of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the above scores in the study group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in ADL score between the two groups(P>0.05).After 2 months of treatment,the ADL scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the ADL score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusions The effect of mNGF combined with methylprednisolone in the treatment of ASCI is significant and safe,which is beneficial to improve the neurological function and activities of daily living of patients.
