摘　　要：目的分析宫血宁胶囊联合去氧孕烯炔雌醇对无排卵型异常子宫出血患者性激素水平的影响。方法队列研究。抽取2022年1月至2024年1月郑州人民医院收治的无排卵型异常子宫出血患者78例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组39例。对照组采用去氧孕烯炔雌醇治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用宫血宁胶囊治疗。比较两组治疗效果、月经恢复指标(月经周期、月经时间)、中医证候积分、性激素[促卵泡生成素(FSH)、血清孕酮(P)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)]水平及不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率(97.44%,38/39)高于对照组(79.49%,31/39),P<0.05。治疗后,观察组月经周期长于对照组,月经时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组头晕、耳鸣、腰膝酸软、疲乏无力评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组FSH、P、LH、E2水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论宫血宁胶囊联合去氧孕烯炔雌醇对无排卵型异常子宫出血患者效果显著,可调节性激素水平,纠正月经紊乱情况,减轻临床症状,安全性较高。Objective To analyze the effect of Gongxuening capsules combined with desogestrel ethinylestradiol on the secretion levels of sex hormones in patients with anovulatory abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods A total of 78 patients with anovulatory abnormal uterine bleeding admitted to People’s Hospital of Zhengzhou from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected for the cohort study,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with desogestrel ethinyl estradiol,and the observation group was treated with Gongxuening capsule based on the treatment of the control group.The therapeutic effects,the menstrual recovery indexes,including menstrual cycle and menstrual time,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,the sex hormones levels,including follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),serum progesterone(P),luteinizing hormone(LH)and estradiol(E2),and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(97.44%,38/39)was higher than that in the control group(79.49%,31/39),P<0.05.After treatment,the menstrual cycle of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,and the menstrual time was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of dizziness,tinnitus,soreness and weakness of waist and knees,fatigue and fatigue in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of FSH,P,LH and E2 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Gongxuening capsules combined with desogestrel ethinylestradiol has a significant effect on patients with anovulatory abnormal uterine bleeding.It can regulate sex hormones levels,regulate menstrual disorders,and reduce clinical symptoms,with high safety.
