摘  要:能够有效利用三重态激子的纯有机蓝色荧光材料是有机发光二极管(OLEDs)的迫切需求之一。本文以喹喔啉作为受体,连接两个或者四个咔唑给体,构建了两种具有热激子通道的新型蓝色荧光材料QDC和DCQDC。通过在喹喔啉的6-和7-位上连接咔唑,成功将分子的激发态从电荷转移态调控到局域杂化和电荷转移激发态。QDC和DCQDC在溶液中分别展现出最大发射波长为435和480nm的蓝色发光。此外,与QDC的发光效率(66%)相比,DCQDC具有更高的发光效率(93%)。基于DCQDC的掺杂OLED器件表现出蓝光发射,其最大发射峰位于474 nm,最大电流效率为3.6 cd/A,最大外量子效率为1.81%。Pure organic blue fluorescent materials that can efficiently utilize triplet excitons are one of the urgent requirements for organic light-emitting diodes(OLEDs).In this work,two novel blue fluorescen materials QDC and DCQDC with hot exciton channels were constructed by using quinoxaline as the acceptor and connecting two or four carbazole donors.The excited states of the molecules were successfully regulated from the charge-transfer state to hybridized local and charge transfer excited state by the carbazole units connected at the 6-and 7-positions of the quinoxaline.QDC and DCQDC exhibited blue emissions with the maximum emission peaks(λ_(em))at 435 and 480 nm in toluene solution respectively.Furthermore,DCQDC possessed a higher luminescence efficiency(93%)than that of QDC(66%).DCQDC-based doped OLED device exhibits blue emission with an electroluminescence peak(λ_(EL))at 474 nm,a maximum current efficiency(CE_(max))of 3.6 cd/A and a maximum external quantum efficiency(EQE_(max))of 1.81%.
