基于“癌毒病机”理论探讨肾癌病机及辨治方法

摘　　要：在国医大师周仲瑛教授“癌毒”学说的基础上,程海波教授团队逐步构建并完善癌毒病机辨治体系。癌毒病机理论认为肾癌主要病理因素为虚、毒、湿(浊)、瘀、寒。核心病机为“脾肾亏虚,湿浊瘀毒”。临证以“抗癌解毒、扶正祛邪”为基本原则,以抗癌解毒为核心,以健脾益肾为根本,以化湿泄浊、活血消癥、寒热并施为要点。本文以癌毒病机理论为指导,探讨肾癌的治则治法,以期丰富癌毒病机辨治体系,为肾癌的中医药治疗提供新的思路与方法。On the basis of the academic thought of cancerous Toxin by Professor Zhou Zhongying,a master of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),Professor Cheng Haibo′s team gradually built and improved the pathogenesis system for differentiating and treating cancerous Toxin in TCM.In that system,it believes that the main pathological factors of renal cell carcinoma(RCC)are deficiency,Toxin,Dampness(Turbidity),and stasis,which involve Cold.Its core pathogenesis is“deficiency of Spleen and Kidney,Dampness,Turbidity,stasis and Toxin”.Clinical treatment should take“counteracting cancer and removing Toxins,strengthening body resistance and eliminating Evil”as the basic principle.“Counteracting cancer and removing Toxins”are the core.Strengthening the Spleen and benefiting the Kidney are the foundation.And the key points are to dissolve Dampness and Turbidity,remove blood stasis,and apply Cold and Heat together.Based on the theory of cancerous Toxin pathogenesis,this paper discusses its treatment methods,in order to enrich the pathogenesis system for differentiating and treating cancerous Toxin in TCM and provide new ideas for the treatment of RCC in TCM.
