罗伟生“治本、防变、慢补、调养”理念防治慢性肝病经验

摘　　要：本文介绍了罗伟生教授临床对慢性肝病的全方位防治理念与治疗经验。罗伟生教授指出慢性肝病发生之源为气血两虚证,日久发展为气虚血瘀、气不摄血、气随血脱之证;辨证时应强调异病同治以及从气血观出发;治疗时应做到标本兼治和调摄养生的全方位防治理念。罗伟生教授创制了“八珍荔核慢肝方”,通过“益气养血,以治肝病之本;固护脾肾,以防肝病之变”;柔肝慢补,顺应“少火生气”;调摄养生,强调“治养结合”,有效地防治慢性肝病。This article introduces Professor Luo Weisheng's clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment experience for chronic liver diseases.Professor Luo Weisheng pointed out that the source of chronic liver disease is the syndrome of Qi and Blood deficiency,which develops into Qi deficiency and Blood stasis over time,Qi does not take Blood,and Qi is detached with Blood.When differentiating syndromes,emphasis should be placed on treating different diseases with the same approach and starting from the perspective of Qi and Blood;The comprehensive prevention and treatment concept of treating both the symptoms and root causes,as well as regulating and maintaining health,should be implemented during treatment.Professor Luo Weisheng created the“Bazhen Lihe Slow Liver Formula”,through“nourishing Qi and nourishing Blood,in order to cure liver disease;Strengthen the Spleen and Kidneys to prevent liver disease”;soft Liver and slow supplementation,conform to“junior Fire supporting vital Qi”;Regulate health preservation,emphasize“combining treatment with nourishment”,and effectively prevent and treat chronic liver diseases.
