摘　　要：运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,阐释新质生产力赋能体育用品制造业高质量发展的价值、困境,并针对性地提出路径。价值:提高生产效率、促进环保转型、推动供需适配。困境:政策制度逐步完善,但精准扶持与动态适配仍待强化;法律法规渐成体系,但更新速率与监管细则尚显滞后;科学技术初显成效,但成果转化与自主掌控仍存短板;基础设施初具规模,但新型设施与标准建设稍显不足;专业人才日趋完备,但专业设置与协同育人面临挑战。路径:优化政策制度供给,形成动态更新机制;完善法律法规体系,落实相关主体责任;推动科学技术创新,促进科技成果转化;加强基础设施建设,健全产业标准体系;强化专业人才培养,打造产业创新高地。By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper explained the value and dilemma of the high-quality development of sports goods manufacturing industry empowered by new quality productivity,and put forward the path.The value base point of driving high-quality development of sports manufacturing industry with new quality productivity:It improves production efficiency,promotes environmental transformation,and drives supply-demand adaptation.Practical dilemma:Policies and institutions are gradually improving,but precise support and dynamic adaptation still need to be strengthened.Laws and regulations gradually become a system,but the rate of update and regulatory rules are still lagging behind.Science and technology have made initial achievements,but there are still shortcomings in the transformation of achievements and independent control.Infrastructure has begun to take shape,but the construction of new facilities and standards is slightly insufficient.Professional talents are becoming increasingly complete,but professional settings and collaborative education are facing challenges.Key points of promotion:We should optimize the supply of policies and institutions to form a dynamic updating mechanism,improve the system of laws and regulations to implement the responsibilities of relevant entities,promote scientific and technological innovation to facilitate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,strengthen the construction of infrastructure to improve the system of industrial standards,and strengthen the training of professional personnel to create a highland for industrial innovation.
