摘　　要：运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,分析户外运动文化的特征,探究户外运动文化赋能体育强国建设的价值,并提出实现路径。特征:资源丰富性,自然教育性,人民主体性,生态文明性。价值:激发产业创新发展活力,拓展文化教育教学模式,完善全民健身服务体系,展现生态文明精神风貌。实现路径:凸显资源丰富优势,培育体育产业新动能;构建自然教育平台,攀登体育文化新高峰;夯实人民主体地位,绘制全民健身新蓝图;加强生态文明传播,促进体育外交新发展。By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper analyzed the characteristics of outdoor sports culture,explored the value of outdoor sports culture empowering the construction of sporting powerhouse,and put forward the realization path.The characteristics:resource richness,nature education,people's subjectivity,and ecological civilization.Value:It stimulates the vitality of industrial innovation and development,expands the cultural education and teaching model,improves the national fitness service system,and demonstrates the spirit of ecological civilization.Realization path:We should highlight the advantages of abundant resources to cultivate new driving forces for the sports industry,build a natural education platform to climb the new peak of sports culture,consolidate the principal position of the people to draw up a new blueprint for national fitness,and strengthen the dissemination of ecological civilization to promote the new development of sports diplomacy.
