摘　　要：运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,对美国、英国、日本等发达国家青少年体育健康促进实践进行研究,并提出对我国的启示。实践经验:以全面具体的体育政策为引领,构建健康促进体系;以高质量的学校体育为主阵地,强化健康促进力度;以广泛开展的家庭体育为基础,筑牢健康促进根基;以丰富的社区体育资源为补充,拓展健康促进范畴。启示:健全政策体系,凸显政府宏观引领主渠道;提升行动质量,突出学校健康促进中坚地位;营造体育氛围,夯实家庭健康促进根基作用;整合多方资源,打造社区健康促进服务体系。By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper studied the practice of youth sports health promotion in developed countries such as the United States,Britain and Japan,and put forward the enlightenment to China.Practical experience:They build a health promotion system guided by comprehensive and specific sports policies,focus on high-quality school physical education to strengthen health promotion efforts,build on extensive family sports to lay a solid foundation for health promotion,and supplement the rich community sports resources to expand the scope of health promotion.Enlightenment:We should improve the policy system to highlight the main channel for government macro guidance,improve the quality of actions to highlight the status of schools as the backbone of health promotion,create a sports atmosphere to consolidate the foundation role of family health promotion,integrate multiple resources to build a community health promotion service system.
