数字经济赋能户外运动产业高质量发展研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,分析数字经济赋能户外运动产业高质量发展的内涵、困境,并提出路径。内涵:数字政策驱动产业环境优化,科技驱动业态转型升级,数字要素驱动生产要素创新,绿色效应驱动产业可持续发展。困境:数字政策设计有待完善,数字科技创新动力不足,数字要素驱动效应较弱,数字绿色转型升级迟滞。路径:完善数字政策设计,优化产业发展环境;强化数字科技创新,加快数字技术应用;加大数字要素驱动力度,发挥要素赋能效应;加快向数字绿色转型,实现产业可持续发展。By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper analyzed the connotation and dilemma of digital economy enabling the high-quality development of outdoor sports industry,and put forward the path.Connotation:Digital policy drives the optimization of industrial environment,technology drives the transformation and upgrading of business forms,digital factors drive the innovation of production factors,and green effect drives the sustainable development of industry.Dilemma:The digital policy design needs to be improved,the digital technology innovation impetus is insufficient,the driving effect of digital elements is weak,and the digital green transformation and upgrading is lagging.Path:We should improve the design of digital policies to optimize the environment for industrial development,strengthen innovation in digital technology to accelerate the application of digital technology,increase the driving force of digital factors to give play to the empowering effect of factors,and accelerate the transition to digital green to achieve sustainable industrial development.
