摘 要:综述了自修复黏合剂及其在火炸药中的应用研究进展,并对未来自修复黏合剂在火炸药中的应用进行了展望。指出自修复黏合剂包含本征型自修复及外援型自修复两大类,前者利用材料本身化学结构上的特性完成动态键的可逆交换反应,后者需额外加入修复剂;自修复黏合剂能提高火炸药的结构完整性保持能力、稳定性、安全性,目前已将Diels–Alder键、双硫键、金属配位键等动态键引入火炸药黏合剂中;建议下一步自修复黏合剂及其在火炸药中的应用研究应关注简单低成本的工艺、温和的反应条件、高效的反应能力、优良的力学性能等方面。The research progress of self-healing binders and their applications in explosives and propellants is reviewed,and the future applications of self-healing binders in explosives and propellants are prospected.It is pointed out that self-healing binders contain two categories of intrinsic self-healing and extrinsic self-healing,the former utilizes the chemical structure characteristics of the material itself to complete the reversible exchange reaction of dynamic bonds,while the latter requires adding the additional healing agent;the self-healing binders can improve the structural integrity retention ability,stability,and safety of the explosives and propellants,and currently,the dynamic bonds such as Diels–Alder bond,disulfide bond and metal coordination bond have been introduced into the binders for explosives and propellants;it is suggested that the next research on self-healing binders and their applications in explosives and propellants should focus on the aspects of simple and low cost processes,mild reaction conditions,efficient reaction capability,and excellent mechanical performance,etc.
