摘 要:通过添加增容剂异氰脲酸三缩水甘油酯(TGIC)对聚对苯二甲酸–己二酸丁二醇酯(PBAT)/聚碳酸亚丙酯(PPC)复合材料进行改性,探究了PBAT切片、PPC切片和TGIC的不同配比对PBAT/PPC力学性能、热学性能与相容性特征的影响。结果表明:随PBAT含量的增加,PBAT/PPC复合材料的拉伸强度增加,加入少量的TGIC可提升复合材料的拉伸强度。加入TGIC后,C=O峰强度明显增加,且峰值位置发生了偏移,形成支化或交联结构,TGIC在2种聚合物之间起到桥梁作用,两者之间的界面相容性得以改善。TGIC加入后,复合材料的熔点和结晶温度降低,结晶率提高。复合材料热稳定性随PBAT含量的增加而增加,而加入TGIC可进一步提升复合材料的热稳定性。Poly(butylene adipate terephthalate)(PBAT)/poly(propylene carbonate)(PPC)composites were modified by the addition of the compatibilizer triglycidyl isocyanurate(TGIC),and the effects of different ratios of PBAT slices,PPC slices and TGIC on the mechanical performance,thermal performance and compatibility characteristics of PBAT/PPC were investigated.The results showed that with the increase of PBAT content,the tensile strength of PBAT/PPC composites increased,and the addition of a small amount of TGIC could improve the tensile strength of the composites.After the addition of TGIC,the peak intensity of C=O increased significantly,and the peak position was shifted to form a branched or crosslinked structure,and TGIC played a bridge role between the two polymers,and the interfacial compatibility between them was improved.The melting point and crystallization temperature of the composites were decreased,and the crystallization rate was increased by the addition of TGIC.The thermal stability of the composites increased with the increase of PBAT content,and the addition of TGIC could further improve the thermal stability of the composites.
