摘 要:通过高速混合机械共混、冷压成型和高温烧结工艺,制备了不同压制工艺的六方氮化硼(BN)填充的聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)复合材料。采用万能拉伸试验机对不同压制工艺PTFE复合材料进行力学性能测试,采用DSC–Ⅲ型高压试验操作台对PTFE复合材料进行击穿强度测试。结果表明:相同保压时间,采用双面压制工艺,不卸载压力进行保压,可有效提高PTFE复合材料的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、击穿强度和密度均匀性;保压时间延长,PTFE复合材料的拉伸强度、击穿强度和密度分布均匀性提升;上、下端同时保压较上、下端分别保压,使PTFE复合材料性能有所提升。Hexagonal boron nitride(BN)-filled polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)composites with different pressing processes were prepared by mechanical blending with high-speed mixing,cold pressing molding and high temperature sintering processes.The mechanical performance of PTFE composites with different pressing processes was tested by universal tensile testing machine,and the breakdown strength of PTFE composites was tested by DSC-Ⅲhigh pressure test bench.The results showed that the tensile strength,elongation at break,breakdown strength and density uniformity of PTFE composites could be effectively improved by using the double sided pressing process with the same pressure maintaining time,and without unloading pressure for maintaining pressure;the tensile strength,breakdown strength and density distribution uniformity of PTFE composites were improved after prolonging the pressure maintaining time;compared to separately maintaining pressure at the upper and lower ends,the performance of PTFE composites was improved by simultaneously maintaining pressure.
