摘 要:从原材料种类、模头结构、纵向拉伸比、横拉风速等方面出发,通过试验数据的对比,阐述了各因素对双向拉伸聚酯(BOPET)薄膜厚度的影响,从而去寻找优化厚度的措施。改善厚度的措施主要有选用特性黏度分布差异性小的原材料、选用更多温控调节螺栓的模头、设置合适的纵向拉伸比、控制横向拉伸区的风速等。Starting from the aspects of raw material type,die head structure,longitudinal stretching ratio,transverse wind speed,etc.,the influence of various factors on the thickness of biaxially oriented polyester(BOPET)film was described through the comparison of experimental data,so as to find the measures to optimize the thickness.The measures for improving the thickness mainly included the selection of raw materials with low variability of characteristic viscosity distribution,the selection of die heads with more temperature-controlled adjusting bolts,the setting of appropriate longitudinal stretching ratio,and the control of wind speed in the transverse stretching zone,etc.
