铁路特大桥穿越采空区场地稳定性分析

摘  要:为了分析铁路桥梁穿越采空区时场地的稳定性,依托淄博至博山铁路工程,采用钻探、物探等方法核实采空区的边界及“三带”的埋深与发育特征,并采用停采时间法、地表沉降监测法、地表剩余变形预测法、附加应力法、InSAR技术等研究采空区变形特征及采空区场地稳定性。研究表明,采空区场地前期由于地下开采地面整体沉降,后期由于停采、地下水回灌、沙土运移地面有所抬升,最后地面处于平稳状态;桥梁处剩余沉降量为7.3 mm、倾斜值为0.2 mm/m、曲率值为0.004 mm/m^(2)、水平变形值为0.2 mm/m,变形值均小于简支梁结构场地稳定性评价标准;对于采空区影响范围内桥梁等重要工程,由于老采空区的工程的复杂性,除采用概率积分法计算地表剩余变形值外,还要考虑2倍附加应力影响范围是否与裂隙带相交,本场地的裂隙带埋藏深度?2倍的附加应力影响深度,故桥梁荷载对采空区影响较小。In order to analyze the stability of the site when the railway bridge crosses goaf,taking the Zibo-Boshan Railway project as research object,the boundary of goaf area and the burial depth and development characteristics of“Three zones”were verified by drilling and geophysical prospecting methods.The deformation characteristics of goaf and the stability of goaf site were studied by stoppage time method,surface subsidence monitoring method,surface residual deformation prediction method,additional stress method and InSAR technique.The deformation data of the goaf and the relationship between the activation of the goaf and the additional stress are obtained.The results show that,the ground is in a stable state because of the ground subsidence in the early stage and the ground water recharge in the later stage.The residual settlement of the bridge is 7.3 mm,the slope value is 0.2 mm/m,the curvature value is 0.004 mm/m^(2),and the horizontal deformation value is 0.2 mm/m.The deformation values are all less than the simple-supported beam structure of the bridge goaf site stability evaluation criteria.For the construction of bridges and other important projects within the affected area of goaf,due to the complexity of the engineering of the old goaf,in addition to considering the probability integral method to calculate the surface residual deformation value,it is necessary to consider whether the influence area of 2 times additional stress intersects with the Fracture Zone as the evaluation criterion of site stability.The buried depth of the fissure zone in the site is much more than 2 times the influence depth of the additional stress,so the influence of the bridge load on the goaf is less.
