摘  要:以冯家川站为例,研究大运量车站咽喉区利用率及疏解线方案。首先基于预测车站货运量及行车量,结合车站各车场布置方案,采用利用率法深入分析冯家川站控制咽喉组近、远期通过能力,得出该咽喉区近期能力满足,远期能力不满足,需研究疏解线方案;然后结合路网规划、冯红铁路引入方案和兴保铁路复线方案、工程实施条件及国土资源综合利用等因素,采用比选论证法从近远期工程难度及投资、疏解能力、运营便利性等方面深入研究冯家川站疏解线方案。研究表明,基于近远期结合、经济选线、有利建设运营的设计理念,使推荐方案具有节约投资、建设条件好、运营管理优、通过能力强等优点,故最终推荐预留疏解线的冯红车场外包方案。Taking Fengjiachuan Station as an example,this study investigated the utilization rate and evacuation line plan of the throat area of a large capacity station.Based on the predicted freight and traffic volume of the station,combined with the layout plans of various train yards,the utilization rate method was used to deeply analyze the short-term and long-term throughput capacity of the control throat group at Fengjiachuan Station.It is concluded that the short-term capacity of the throat group meets the requirements and the long-term capacity does not meet the requirements,and the evacuation line plan needs to be studied.Combined with factors such as road network planning,the introduction plan of Fengjiachuan-Hongliulin Railway,the double track plan of Xinxian-Baode Railway,project implementation conditions,and comprehensive utilization of land and resources,the comparative demonstration method was adopted to deeply study the evacuation line plan of Fengjiachuan Station from the aspects of short-term and long-term project difficulty,investment,evacuation capacity,and operational convenience.Research results show that,based on the design concept of combining short and long term,economic route selection,and favorable construction and operation,the recommended plan has the advantages of saving investment,good construction conditions,excellent operation management,and strong passing ability.Therefore,the outsourcing plan of Fenghong Depot with reserved evacuation lines is ultimately recommended.
