摘　　要：适铁偏好型产业是铁路枢纽经济发展的关键,以南阳市为例,通过建立铁路与产业发展关联性的综合评价体系,包含3个一级指标即铁路与对接产业需求的适配度、铁路对带动产业发展的促进度、铁路对提升产业能级的支撑度和9个二级指标,采用层次分析和模糊评价相结合的方法进行模型标定,对主要产业与铁路关联性进行量化排序,科学、全面地判断分析铁路发展对产业结构的影响,在此基础上运用SWOT法分析南阳市铁路枢纽经济发展优势、劣势、机会和挑战,构建SWOT分析矩阵,并提出加快融入国家战略、建设高质量枢纽经济区、完善交通网络布局、开展多元产业融合、提升城市整体发展水平、推进港产城融合发展等南阳市铁路枢纽经济高质量发展对策。研究成果可为铁路枢纽经济高质量发展提供有效的科学决策建议。This paper mainly studies the strategies for high-quality development of railway hub economy.Railway-preference industry is the key to the development of railway hub economy,taking Nanyang for example,the comprehensive assessment system of development correlation between railway and other related industries were developed,in which the three primary indicators were included,including the fitness which the railway could meet the needs of other related industries,the promotion which the railway could help other related industries develop,and the support which the railway could boost other Industrial level.There were also nine second-level indicators aiming at modeling through combining level analysis with fuzzy evaluation.The equalization and ranking were used to measure the correlation between railway and leading industries.The influence of railway on other industrial structures was analyzed and the comprehensive assessment system of correlation between railway and other industries were studied.Based on this,the SWOT method was employed to compare the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of Nanyang's railway hub economic development.By constructing the SWOT analysis matrix for high quality development of Nanyang's railway hub economy,the development strategies were proposed,such as accelerating integration into national strategies,constructing a high-quality hub economic zone,improving the transportation network layout,promoting diverse industrial integration,enhancing overall urban development level,and facilitating the integrated development of port industry and city.In conclusion,this research provides a beneficial,effective and scientific strategies for high quality development of railway hub economy.
