桩板结构加固人工填土路基受力特性研究

摘  要:为研究人工填土地层上高铁路基桩板结构力学特性,首先建立人工填土桩板结构路基有限元模型,采用Python语言编写前后处理的程序以提高多工况计算效率,同时基于二元属性随机分布法来实现人工填土不均匀性模拟;然后分析不同工况条件下桩板结构路基的受力,并验证模型合理性;最后研究人工填土属性、桩板结构参数等因素对路基受力特征的影响。研究表明:(1)所提出的二元属性随机分布法可高效模拟人工填土的不均匀性,有限元模型施工、加载分析计算结果可信;(2)欠固结程度对三项力学评价指标均有较明显影响,OCR与桩荷载分担比呈正相关,与沉降、钢筋最大应力呈负相关,均匀性仅对桩荷载分担比影响较为明显,两者呈正相关,填土厚度则仅对路基沉降影响较明显,两者呈正相关;(3)桩纵间距、桩径均对三项力学评价指标影响显著,桩纵间距与桩荷载分担比呈负相关,平均减小梯度为2.19%/m,与路基沉降、钢筋最大应力均呈正相关,平均增长梯度分别为1.31 mm/m和2.92 MPa/m,桩径影响平均变化梯度分别为11.62 mm/m、35.89 MPa/m和27.24%/m,而桩长、承载板厚度影响程度较小。In order to study the mechanical characteristics of the pile-and-slab roadbed constructed on artificial fill,firstly,a FEM of the pile-and-slab roadbed with artificial fill was established,and the program of pre and post processing was written in python to improve the efficiency of multi-condition calculation.At the same time,the binary attribute stochastic distribution method was proposed in order to simulate the inhomogeneity of the artificial fill.Then,the stresses of roadbeds with pile-and-slab structure under different working conditions were calculated and analyzed,and the reasonableness of the model was verified.Finally,the effects of artificial fill properties,pile-and-slab structure parameters and other factors on the stress characteristics of the roadbeds were investigated.The results indicate that:(1)The binary attribute random distribution method can reasonably and efficiently simulate the inhomogeneity of artificial fill,and the calculation results of finite element model construction and loading analysis are correct and credible.(2)The degree of under consolidation has a more obvious effect on the three mechanical evaluation indexes,OCR is positively correlated with the pile load sharing ratio,and negatively correlated with the settlement and the maximum stress of reinforcement;uniformity only has a more obvious effect on the pile load sharing ratio,which is positively correlated with each other.The thickness of the fill only has a more obvious effect on the settlement of the roadbed,which is positively correlated respectively.(3)Pile longitudinal spacing and pile diameter have significant influence on the three mechanical evaluation indexes.Pile longitudinal spacing is negatively correlated with the pile load sharing ratio,with an average reduction gradient of 2.19%/m,positively correlated with the settlement of the roadbed and the maximum stress of the steel reinforcement,with an average growth gradient of 1.31 mm/m and 2.92 MPa/m,respectively.The opposite influence of the pile diameter,have an av
