摘 要:针对传统栓焊连接节点在地震中易出现脆性断裂的问题,提出了一种新型的外套筒式全螺栓连接梁柱节点,并对其抗震性能进行了研究。基于ABAQUS建立了试件精细化有限元模型,通过改变套筒安装缝隙、盖板厚度、梁翼缘螺栓数量、摩擦系数以及加劲肋的设置等参数,获得了试件的破坏模式、滞回曲线、骨架曲线、耗能能力、承载力、延性、刚度退化等性能指标。研究结果表明:在小震作用下全螺栓试件初始刚度与焊接试件一致,在中、大地震作用下主要通过盖板与梁翼缘之间的滑移摩擦耗能;全螺栓试件破坏模式为拼接区外侧梁翼缘和腹板鼓曲并形成塑性铰,与传统焊接试件相比具有更高的承载力、更好的延性性能和转动能力。最后提出了节点受弯承载力计算公式,并验证了公式的可靠性。A novel fully bolt⁃assembled connection joint with outer sleeve for beam⁃column was proposed to replace conventional bolted⁃welded joints that are prone to brittle failure during earthquakes,and seismic performance of the novel joint was investigated.The refined finite element models of the specimens were established in ABAQUS.By varying parameters such as sleeve installation gaps,cover plate thickness,number of beam flange bolts,friction coefficient,and the arrangement of stiffeners,performance indicators of the specimens were obtained,including failure mode,hysteretic curve,skeleton curve,energy dissipation capacity,bearing capacity,ductility,and stiffness degradation.The research results show that under minor earthquake,the initial stiffness of the fully bolted specimens aligns with that of welded specimens.And under moderate to severe earthquake,energy dissipation is primarily through slip friction between the cover plate and the beam flange.The failure modes of the fully bolted specimens are buckling of the beam flanges and web on the outside of the splice zone and forming a plastic hinge.Compared to traditional welded specimens,the fully bolted specimens exhibit higher bearing capacity,improved ductility,and rotational capacity.Finally,the flexural capacity calculation formulas of the joint were proposed,and the reliability of the formulas were verified.
