摘  要:华泰证券研发及培训中心共有7栋建筑单体,通过螺旋上升的智联环实现联通。兼顾建筑效果及结构合理性,将建筑划分为1-2#连体、3-4#连体、5#单体、6-7#连体共四个结构单元,其中1-2#连体及3-4#连体为空间连体高层,连接体部位设置大跨桁架以加强连体作用并实现建筑大空间效果。介绍了项目的主要结构体系,重点研究了空间连体结构的连体作用,对大跨连体结构关键设计内容进行分析论证,对连接体关键节点进行特殊设计并进行了有限元分析。研究结果表明:空间连接体协同作用明显且受力重要,需对该部分进行针对性加强;连接体专项设计满足设计要求,节点构造可满足传力需求。Huatai Securities R&D and Training Center consists of 7 individual buildings,which are connected through a spiral rising smart connecting ring.Considering both the architectural effect and structural rationality,the building is divided into four structural units:1⁃2#connected body,3⁃4#connected body,5#single body,and 6⁃7#connected body.Among them,1⁃2#connected body and 3⁃4#connected body are high⁃rise spatial connected structures,with large⁃span trusses installed in the connecting parts to strengthen the connecting effect and achieve the large space effect of the building.The main structural system of the project was introduced,with a focus on studying the connecting effect of spatial connected structures.The key design content of large⁃span connected structures was analyzed and demonstrated,and the key nodes of the connected structures were specially designed and finite element analysis was conducted.The research results indicate that the synergistic effect of spatial connectors is significant and the transmission of force is important,and targeted strengthening is needed for this part.The special design of connectors meets the design requirements,and the node structure can meet the transmission requirements.
