双面叠合剪力墙在超高层建筑中的应用及抗震性能研究

摘  要:为解决实际项目中双面叠合剪力墙结构高度突破规范规定高度的超限需求,对现浇剪力墙和双面叠合剪力墙进行了平面内和平面外的低周反复荷载足尺试验研究,得到了两种剪力墙破坏形态、承载力、延性等抗震性能,并给出了节点连接处的构造加强措施。研究结果表明:双面叠合剪力墙的破坏形态与现浇剪力墙基本相同,平面内发生弯剪破坏,边缘构件的纵筋屈服,墙角受压混凝土压碎,平面外发生弯曲破坏,墙体正反两面裂缝均为水平通缝,且均在墙体底部出现最大裂缝;双面叠合剪力墙与现浇剪力墙的骨架曲线基本接近,二者延性系数接近,均具有良好的延性。In order to solve the over⁃limit demand that double⁃sided laminated shear wall structure in actual projects breaks through the height of the specification,full⁃scale in⁃plane and out⁃of⁃plane low cyclic loading test of the cast⁃in⁃place shear wall and the double⁃sided laminated shear wall was carried out.The seismic performance such as failure mode,bearing capacity,ductility of the two types shear wall were obtained,and the structural strengthening measures at the joint connection were given.The results show that the failure mode of the double⁃sided laminated shear wall is basically the same as that of the cast⁃in⁃place shear wall.The bending and shearing failure occurs in the plane,the longitudinal reinforcement of the edge member yields,the corner compressed concrete of wall was crushed,and the plane was bent damaged.The cracks on both sides of the wall are horizontal joints,and the maximum cracks appear at the bottom of the wall.The skeleton curve of the double⁃sided laminated shear wall and the cast⁃in⁃place shear wall are basically close,and the ductility coefficients of the two are close.Both of which have good ductility.
