摘 要:站台雨棚是铁路站房配套的重要构筑物,是铁路线上的重要节点,其施工周期、施工质量在很大程度上影响着整条铁路的顺利建设和运营。装配式混凝土Y形站台雨棚的应用可以实现铁路施工工业化、标准化、一体化生产,有效缩短施工周期、提高施工质量。提出装配式混凝土Y形站台雨棚的多种结构拆分方案,并进行对比研究,确定最合理拆分方案;进而制作装配式混凝土Y形站台雨棚2∶3缩尺模型,并对其进行装配施工及结构力学试验,对其整体受力进行试验研究;再利用ABAQUS等软件进行结构有限元数值模拟分析。结合试验数据和有限元模拟分析结果对比分析,验证试验结果的合理性,提出了装配式混凝土Y形站台雨棚的合理拆分方法和设计思路。The platform canopy is an important structure supporting the railway station building and an important node on the railway line.Its construction period and construction quality greatly affect the smooth construction and operation of the entire railway line.The application of assembled concrete Y⁃shaped platform canopy can realize the industrialization,standardization and integrated production of railway construction,effectively shorten the construction period and improve the construction quality.A variety of structural splitting schemes of assembled concrete Y⁃shaped platform canopy were proposed and compared to determine the most reasonable splitting scheme.Then,a 2∶3 scale model of the prefabricated concrete Y⁃shaped platform canopy was made,and the assembly construction and structural mechanics test were carried out to study the overall force.The finite element numerical simulation analysis of the structure was carried out by using ABAQUS and other softwares.Combined with the comparative analysis of the test data and the finite element simulation analysis results,the rationality of the test results was verified,and the reasonable separation method and design idea of the assembled concrete Y⁃shaped platform canopy were proposed.
