摘 要:预应力混凝土钢管桁架叠合板改进了传统钢筋桁架叠合板刚度小、预制板较厚、临时支撑密集等不足。为研究预应力混凝土钢管桁架叠合板的力学性能,设计并制作了9个预应力混凝土钢管桁架叠合板试件,包括6个采用搭接钢筋连接方式的试件、3个留有外伸钢筋(胡子筋)的对照试件,进行静力加载试验,研究支座锚固形式、搭接钢筋配筋率和叠合层厚度对叠合板力学性能的影响。试验结果表明:当叠合层厚度较小时,端部锚固形式和搭接钢筋配筋率对叠合板的力学性能影响显著;当叠合层厚度达到85mm时,采用搭接锚固的叠合板与采用胡子筋锚固的叠合板力学性能基本一致。建议当锚固方式采用搭接钢筋连接时,叠合层厚度不宜小于85mm。The shortcomings of traditional composite slab with steel truss,such as low rigidity,thick precast slabs,more supports are improved by the prestressed concrete composite slab with steel⁃tube truss.To study the mechanical behaviors of this composite slab,nine prestressed concrete composite slab with steel⁃tube truss specimens were designed and manufactured,including six specimens supported by lap splice and three specimens with extended bars(beard reinforcement).The static loading test was carried out,and the effects of anchorage type,laminated layer thickness and the lap steel reinforcement ratio on mechanical behavior of composite slab were analyzed.The test results show that the anchorage type and the lap steel reinforcement ratio have significant effects on the mechanical behaviors of slabs anchored by lap steel bars with small thickness of cast⁃in⁃place layer.When the laminated layer thickness is 85mm,the mechanical property of the composite slab anchored by lap steel bars is equivalent to that of the composite slab with extended bars.It is recommended that when the composite slab anchored by lap steel bars,the laminated layer thickness should not be less than 85mm.
