摘 要:为解决装配式框架结构钢筋套筒连接操作繁琐、节点核心区钢筋密度大等问题,提出了一种采用超高性能混凝土浇筑核心区的新型装配式梁柱连接节点。为研究新型框架节点的抗震性能,通过有限元数值分析方法对1个整浇梁柱节点试件和2个新型装配式梁柱节点试件进行数值模拟。为了探究轴压比和核心区混凝土强度对新型框架节点抗震性能的影响规律,改变JD-1的轴压比参数为0.1、0.2、0.3、0.4以及混凝土强度为C40、C50、C60、UC120、UC140、UC160。结果表明:有限元模拟与试验结果吻合良好;提高节点核心区混凝土强度可以显著增强节点的承载能力,当UHPC强度达到UC120后,再提高UHPC强度对节点承载能力提升效果不大;随着轴压比的增大节点延性逐渐降低,节点峰值荷载变化较小,轴压比对节点承载力影响不大。In order to solve the problems such as cumbersome connection operation of steel sleeve in prefabricated frame structures and high density of steel bars in the core area of the joints,a new type of prefabricated beam⁃column connection points using ultra⁃high performance concrete pouring in the core area was proposed.In order to study the seismic performance of the new frame joints,numerical simulations were carried out on a single cast beam⁃column joint specimen and two new prefabricated beam⁃column joint specimens by finite element numerical analysis method.In order to explore the influence of the axial compression ratio and the concrete strength in the core area on the seismic performance of the new frame joints,the axial compression ratio parameters of the JD⁃1 were changed to 0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4,and the concrete strengths to C40,C50,C60,UC120,UC140 and UC160.The results show that the finite element simulation and the test results are in good agreement.Increasing the concrete strength in the core area of the point can significantly enhance the bearing capacity of the point.When the UHPC strength reaches UC120,increasing the UHPC strength has little effect on the bearing capacity of the point.With the increase of the axial compression ratio,the ductility of the joint gradually decreases,the peak load of the joint changes slightly,and the axial compression ratio has little influence on the bearing capacity of the joint.
