摘  要:为研究钢纤维活性粉末混凝土(RPC)围套加固负载型钢柱的偏心受力性能,设计制作2根型钢对比柱,5根加固柱,通过偏心受压试验,研究了不同加固形式、型钢柱初始荷载占比(初始荷载/极限荷载)、偏心距对加固柱偏压力学性能的影响。试验结果表明:二次受力过程中,加固层和型钢之间具有可靠的黏结强度,协同工作性能良好,加固层能够显著提高钢柱的刚度和承载力,在初始荷载占比为50%和70%的情况下,可以将负载型钢柱的偏压承载力提升至原型钢柱的3倍以上;相较于薄层H形加固形式,实腹式矩形加固形式的加固效果更好,随着偏心距和型钢初始荷载占比的增大,加固柱的承载力降低。考虑加固层应变滞后的影响,推导出RPC强度利用系数,对《组合结构设计规范》(JGJ 138—2016)的计算公式进行修正,修正后公式的计算值和试验值吻合度较高。In order to study the eccentric behavior of load⁃bearing steel columns strengthened with steel fiber reactive powder concrete(RPC)enclosures,two section steel contrast columns and five reinforced columns were designed and manufactured.Through eccentric compression tests,the effects of different strengthening forms,the proportion of initial load of section steel column(initial load/ultimate load)and eccentricity on the eccentric compression mechanical properties of reinforced columns were studied.The test results show that during the secondary loading process,the reinforced layer and the section steel have reliable bonding strength and good cooperative performance.The reinforced layer can significantly improve the stiffness and bearing capacity of the steel column.When the initial load ratio is 50%and 70%,the eccentric bearing capacity of the load⁃bearing steel column can be increased to more than 3 times that of the prototype steel column.Compared with the thin⁃layer H⁃shaped reinforcement,the solid web rectangular reinforcement has better reinforcement effect.With the increase of eccentricity and the proportion of initial load of section steel,the bearing capacity of reinforced columns decreases.Considering the influence of the strain lag of the reinforced layer,the RPC strength utilization coefficient is derived to modify the Code for design of composite structures(JGJ 138—2016)calculation formula.The calculated value of the modified formula is in good agreement with the experimental value.
