摘  要:本试验以铁冬青优树上采集种子培育超级苗为采穗母株,以黄心土、泥炭土、锯末、蛭石为基质组分,IAA、NAA、IBA为生根剂,利用正交试验法分析了不同配比基质、生根剂对铁冬青扦插成苗效果的影响。研究结果表明:基质与生根剂显著影响了扦插成活率。其中,在生根剂为100 mg·L^(-1) ABT1的16个基质处理中,以2份黄心土+2份泥炭土+3份锯末及2份黄心土+3份泥炭土+2份锯末+1份蛭石基质处理下的扦插成活率最高,达90.5%~93.2%,而在以黄心土为基质的25个生根剂处理中,以25 mg·L^(-1) IAA+50 mg·L^(-1) NAA+100 mg·L^(-1) IBA处理下的扦插成活率最高(89.5%)。通过对基质与生根剂的同步优化,以基质为2份黄心土+3份泥炭土+2份锯末+1份蛭石,生根剂为25 mg·L^(-1) IAA+50 mg·L^(-1) NAA+100 mg·L^(-1) IBA处理下的扦插育苗效果最佳,扦插90 d时,成活率96.8%、苗高15.2 cm、地径2.5 mm、高径比60.8。研究认为,通过对基质与生根剂优化,铁冬青扦插成苗效果明显提升,为铁冬青扦插苗培育提供了科学参考。In this experiment,seeds collected from superior trees of Ilex rotunda were cultivated to produce super seedlings as the donor plants for cuttings.The substrate components consisted of yellow earth,peat soil,sawdust,and vermiculite,while IAA,NAA,and IBA were used as rooting agents.An orthogonal experimental design was employed to analyze the effects of different substrate proportions and rooting agents on the cutting propagation of Ilex rotunda.The results showed that both the substrate and rooting agents significantly influenced the cutting survival rate.Among the 16 substrate treatments using 100 mg·L^(-1) ABT1 as the rooting agent,the highest cutting survival rates,ranging from 90.5%to 93.2%,were observed in treatments with either a mixture of 2 parts yellow earth+2 parts peat soil+3 parts sawdust or 2 parts yellow earth3 parts peat soil+2 parts sawdust+1 part vermiculite.Among the 25 rooting agent treatments using yellow earth as the base substrate,the highest cutting survival rate(89.5%)was achieved with a treatment of 25 mg·L^(-1) IAA+50 mg·L^(-1) NAA+100 mg·L^(-1) IBA.Through simultaneous optimization of the substrate and rooting agents,the best cutting propagation effect was obtained with a substrate of 2 parts yellow earth+3 parts peat soil+2 parts sawdust+1 part vermiculite and a rooting agent treatment of 25 mg·L^(-1) IAA+50 mg·L^(-1) NAA+100 mg·L^(-1) IBA.After 90 days of cutting,the survival rate reached 96.8%,with a seedling height of 15.2 cm,a ground diameter of 2.5 mm,and a height-to-diameter ratio of 60.8.It was concluded that the optimization of both the substrate and rooting agents significantly enhanced the cutting propagation effect of Ilex rotunda,providing a scientific reference for the cultivation of Ilex rotunda cuttings.
