环形零件底部圆角成形工艺研究

摘  要:针对某环形零件底部圆角设计要求远小于经验公式计算值的难题,通过工艺参数与模具结构的双重优化,提出了一种多工序成形工艺。采用多次拉深结合外圆翻边及整形工艺,配合固溶热处理与润滑优化,解决了传统方法中底部圆角无法贴合模具、材料变薄量过大及拉裂等问题。经试制验证,零件底部圆角实测值达R0.9~1.0 mm,无裂纹、颈缩等缺陷,平面度≤0.1 mm,满足技术要求。For a ring-shaped component that is significantly smaller than the value calculated by empirical formulas,a multi-stage forming process was proposed through dual optimization of pro⁃cess parameters and die structure.By adopting multiple drawing combined with external flange forming and trimming,alongside solution heat treatment and lubrication optimization,issues inher⁃ent to traditional methods,such as poor conformity of the bottom fillet to the die,excessive materi⁃al thinning,and cracking,were effectively resolved.Post-trials confirmed that the measured bot⁃tom fillet radius reached R0.9~1.0 mm,with no defects like cracks or necking observed,and a flat⁃ness≤0.1 mm,fully meeting the technical specifications.
