摘 要:针对某40Cr薄壁筒形件原成形工艺流程长、材料利用率低、成本高的问题,提出一种“镦粗聚料+热反挤压”成形工艺方案。基于40Cr等温热压缩试验数据,构建薄壁筒形件“镦粗聚料+热反挤压”有限元模型,并对薄壁筒形件成形过程进行了模拟仿真。分析坯料初始温度和热反挤压凸模结构对成形载荷和成形质量的影响,确定了相关成形工艺参数,在此基础上,对模具进行设计与强度校核,并进行工艺试验。试验结果表明,薄壁筒形件热挤压件结构尺寸、表面质量均符合锻件设计要求,新工艺提高材料利用率50%以上,可用于指导40Cr薄壁筒形件热反挤压成形工艺开发和模具设计。Aiming at the problems of long processing flow,low material utilization rate,and high processing cost in the original processing technology of the 40Cr thin-walled cylinder,a forming process scheme of"upsetting+hot backward extrusion"was proposed.Based on the isothermal compression test data of 40Cr,a finite element model of"upsetting+hot backward extrusion"for the thin-walled cylinder was accurately constructed,and the forming process of the thin-walled cylinder was simulated.The influence of initial temperature of the billet and the structure of the hot backward extrusion punch on the forming load and forming quality was analyzed,and the rele⁃vant forming process parameters were determined.On this basis,structural design and strength verification of the mould were carried out,and process tests were conducted.The experimental re⁃sults showed that the structural dimensions and surface quality of the hot extruded parts of the 40Cr thin-walled cylinder met the requirements of the forging design.The new process improved material utilization by more than 50%and could be used to guide the development of the hot back⁃ward extrusion forming process and mould design for 40Cr thin-walled cylinder.
