摘 要:针对数控车床加工螺线管电极过程中及电火花加工时存在的问题,如螺旋线起始点位置难以固定、螺旋线形状尺寸小且加工难度大等,设计和实施了创新性的解决方案。采用开发专用的数控车床电极装夹夹具、随形数控车床成形刀具以及在电极上下端增加圆形校正基准,解决了电极二次装夹时的定位误差、电极同轴度和垂直度校正困难、二次加工起始点难以精确重合的问题,并阐述了优化方案的实施过程、技术要点以及实际应用效果,为螺线管电极的高精度加工提供了技术支持。To solve the key problems existing in the process of machining solenoid electrode by CNC lathe and EDM,such as the difficulty in fixing the starting point position of spiral,the small shape and size of spiral and the great difficulty in machining,a series of innovative solutions were designed and implemented.By developing special NC lathe electrode clamping fixture,conformal NC lathe forming tool and adding circular calibration datum at the upper and lower ends of the electrode,the problems of positioning error,difficulty in correcting concentricity and verticality of electrode and difficulty in accurately coincident starting point of secondary machining were solved.It expounded the implementation process,technical points and practical application effect of the optimization scheme,which provided technical support for high-precision machining of so⁃lenoid electrode.
