摘 要:目的为了探究不同放置时间对水样检测精度的影响,并确定最佳的实验分析时间点。方法根据淮南市凤栖湖采煤沉陷区“漂浮水稻”种植区水环境监测的实际需求,选取了部分具有代表性的采样点,针对在4℃保存条件下的水样,随时间推移分析其各项指标的变化情况。考察的指标包括样品浊度(Tu)、酸碱度(pH)、溶解氧(DO)、化学需氧量(COD)、氨氮(NH_(4)-N)以及总磷(TP)含量。结果结果显示,随着水样放置时间的增加,Tu、pH、DO和COD的数值均呈现出下降趋势。而NH_(4)-N含量在初期有所上升,但随后随着放置时间的进一步延长,其含量也开始下降。TP含量在短期内基本保持稳定,无明显变化,长时间放置后,其含量同样呈现出下降趋势。研究结果表明,水样的放置时间对上述各项检测指标的稳定性具有显著影响。结论故应尽可能原位检测水样指标,或24小时内完成检测。这对提高水质检测的准确性、指导水质监测工作、保障水环境安全和人类健康具有重要意义。Objective In order to explore the influence of different storage time on the detection accuracy of water samples and determine the best experimental analysis time point.Methods According to the actual needs of water environment monitoring in the‘floating rice’planting area of Fengqi Lake coal mining subsidence area in Huainan City,the changes of various indicators over time were analyzed for the water samples selected in some representative points and stored at 4℃with the turbidity(Tu),pH,dissolved oxygen(DO),chemical oxygen demand(COD),ammonia nitrogen(NH_(4)-N)and total phosphorus(TP)measured.Results The values of Tu,pH,DO and COD showed a downward trend with the increase of water sample storage time.The content of NH_(4)-N increased at the beginning,but then start to decline with the further extension of the storage time.The content of TP,without significant change,remained stable in the short term,but showed a downward trend after a long-term storage.The results showed that the storage time of water samples had a significant effect on the stability of the above detection indexes.Conclusion Therefore,the water sample indicators should be detected in situ as soon as possible,or completed within 24 hours,which is of great significance for improving the accuracy of water quality detection,guiding water quality monitoring and ensuring water environment safety and human health.
