摘 要:某露天矿采用多台阶陡帮剥离,缓帮采矿的施工工艺。在露天开采过程中为确保边坡的稳定性及安全平台、清扫平台的宽度,减少爆破震动对最终边坡及安全平台、清扫平台的破坏,在对矿区岩石性质和预裂爆破机理研究分析的基础上,对某露天采场边坡实施预裂爆破,并对爆破参数进行不断优化设计改进,从而减少爆破对边坡的冲击和震动效应,有效维护边坡的稳定性和安全性,确保安全平台和清扫平台的有效宽度,为采场安全生产创造有利的条件。A certain open-pit mine adopts a multi-step steep slope stripping and gentle slope mining process.During the open-pit mining process,to ensure the stability of the slope and the width of the safety platform and clearance platform,and to reduce the damage caused by blasting vibrations to the final slope and the safety and clearance platforms,pre-split blasting was implemented on the slope of a certain open-pit stope based on the study and analysis of the rock properties and pre-split blasting mechanism of the mine area.Furthermore,the blasting parameters were continuously optimized and improved to minimize the impact and vibration effects of blasting on the slope,effectively maintaining the stability and safety of the slope,ensuring the effective width of the safety and clearance platforms,and creating favorable conditions for safe production in the stope.
