摘  要:有限的运力如何配置是所有矿山需要面临的难题,平果岩溶堆积型铝土矿的开采具有不同于其他采矿的独特性,平果堆积型铝土矿的主要特点是,分布广、大小不一、矿体薄、埋藏浅、铝硅比变化差异大,因此采用液压反铲-汽车采运工艺。利用有限的运力使每个不同距离的采场保持最高效率的生产,以及提高运输效率,是提高平果铝生产效率的关键。结合生产实际,通过分析探讨运力配置的方法及影响运输效率的主要因素,提出相应对策。Allocating limited transportation capacity is a challenge that all mines face.The extraction of Pingguo karst pile-type bauxite has unique characteristics distinct from other mining practices.The main features of Pingguo pile-type bauxite include wide distribution,varying sizes,thin ore bodies,shallow deposits,and significant variation in the aluminum-silicon ratio.Therefore,a hydraulic backhoe-automobile mining and transportation process is employed.Utilizing limited transportation capacity to maintain maximum production efficiency for each mining site at different distances,as well as improving transportation efficiency,is key to enhancing the aluminum production efficiency in Pingguo.Based on actual production conditions,this study analyzes methods for capacity allocation and the main factors affecting transportation efficiency,and proposes corresponding countermeasures.
