摘　　要：随着铝合金材料的快速发展,内导式液压铸造机作为深井铸造工艺的关键设备,内导式液压铸造机主要由引锭平台、铸造单元、内导式液压油缸、液压系统等组成,液压系统则是铸造设备的关键部分,整个浇铸过程其实就是铸造速度的控制,内导式液压铸造机速度控制采用闭环电液比例PID控制,液压油缸铸造方式与钢丝绳吊篮式铸造机相比,内导式液压铸造机更加可靠安全。With the rapid development of aluminum alloy materials,the internal-guided hydraulic casting machine serves as key equipment in deep well casting processes.The internal-guided hydraulic casting machine is mainly composed of a billet guide platform,casting unit,internal-guided hydraulic cylinder,and hydraulic system.The hydraulic system is a critical component of the casting equipment.The entire casting process fundamentally revolves around controlling the casting speed.The speed control of the internal-guided hydraulic casting machine employs closed-loop electro-hydraulic proportional-integral-derivative(PID)control.Compared to wire rope basket casting machines,the hydraulic cylinder casting method of the internal-guided hydraulic casting machine is more reliable and safer.
