大学生“内卷焦虑”心态的影响因素与应对策略探析

摘  要:近年来大学生群体日益凸显的“内卷焦虑”心态持续成为热门话题,引起了社会各界的广泛讨论。通过问卷调查实证研究发现:大学生的心理压力与“内卷焦虑”心态存在显著的正向关系,提高其对所学专业的认同感、对高校教育的认可度、对国家发展的关注度能显著降低其“内卷焦虑”程度。进一步研究表明,对高校教育的认可度与心理压力对于其“内卷焦虑”具有正向的交互效应。基于此,本研究认为,从个体层面加强心理健康教育,从专业学习层面提高教学质量和认同度,从学校层面加强思政教育和公共参与,对心理压力较大的学生群体给予特别的关注,并注重国情教育和思想引领,是纾解大学生群体“内卷焦虑”的有效路径。In recent years,the growing issue of“involution anxiety”among college students has become a prominent topic of discussion.This paper conducts an empirical analysis using a questionnaire survey.The findings reveal a significant positive correlation between college students psychological stress and their“involution anxiety”.Moreover,enhancing students identification with their chosen major,fostering a recognition of the value of higher education,and increasing their awareness of national development can substantially reduce their“involution anxiety”.Additionally,the interaction between recognition of higher education and psychological stress has a positive effect.Based on these findings,this paper suggests several strategies to alleviate“involution anxiety”:strengthening mental health education at the individual level,improving teaching quality and students engagement with their academic pursuits,reinforcing ideological and political education and public participation at the institutional level,paying special attention to alleviating students high psychological stress,and focusing on national condition education and ideological guidance.
