摘 要:工业园区承担着推动经济发展与实现减污降碳的双重使命。然而我国工业园区的碳排放核算体系尚未建立,针对工业园区的碳排放评估机制仍不完善。本文根据工业园区的结构特性,选用排放因子法构建核算模型,搭建碳排放核算框架。同时,以西北地区的一个工业园区作为案例,基于企业生产数据进行碳排放核算,深入分析其碳排放情况,并展开探讨,提出针对性的核算建议与管理方法,旨在完善现有核算理论在实际应用时的不足。本文不仅丰富了工业园区碳排放管理的理论体系,也为其可持续发展提供了实践参考和科学依据。Industrial parks bear the dual mission of promoting economic development and realizing pollution reduction and carbon reduction.However,the carbon emission accounting system of industrial parks in China has not yet been established,and the carbon emission assessment mechanism for industrial parks is still imperfect.Therefore,according to the structural characteristics of industrial parks,this paper selects the emission factor method to construct an accounting model and build a carbon emission accounting framework.At the same time,an industrial park in Northwest China is chosen as a case study to carry out carbon emission accounting based on the production data of enterprises,to study its carbon emission situation in depth and to discuss it,and finally to put forward targeted accounting suggestions and management methods,aiming to improve the existing accounting theory in the practical application of the shortcomings.This paper not only enriches the theoretical system of carbon emission management in industrial parks,but also provides practical reference and scientific basis for their sustainable development.
